How long will my order take to arrive?

After processing, which is upto 3 business days. Your order should arrive within 2 to 3 weeks

Is the powerbank included?

NO! a very common misconception. But no they aren’t. When you buy both a Bag and a brick together, you are eligible for a discount.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We use Stripe to process our payments, so most major cards should work.

Where is my order?

If you have made a purchase, you should receive an email with your tracking details in. If not head over to the order tracking page.

Can I return an item if I don't want it?

Our policy is to decline returns and / or exchanges. If you are unhappy with your order, please email us and we will try to resolve the issue

Can I return an item if its faulty?

Oh no! We hate to hear this. We try to resolve any issues with faulty items as soon as possible So please get in touch quickly.

If you start the return proceedings within 7 days of receiving your order. We can exchange it. if that time frame has passed, we wont be able to help you. Sorry.

I entered the wrong shipping details

Please contact us immediately if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect.
Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once your parcel has been dispatched.

Should your parcel be returned to sender, please note that we will be required to pass on a subsidised reshipping postage fee of US $10. Do ensure you update us via email with the correct and complete address as soon as you can.

How do I cancel my order?

Please only order if you are certain you want / can afford it. You CAN cancel your order if it is still during the processing time (0-3 days) After that  we cannot accept cancellations.
